The Rostrevor Inn would like to say a massive thank you to our staff and loyal customers for all the good times and here’s to another ten years!
To become part of local cultural life and continue the tradition of the famous Crawford and McAllister family pubs in a lovingly restored 19th century building.
To celebrate the wonderful produce of the area with award-winning food sourced from locally reared herds and fish, like our signature grilled hake, caught in the port of Kilkeel down the road.
To stock gins, whiskeys, poitíns and beers from world class local distilleries and breweries, served in our atmospheric traditional bar, Crawfords.
Music is in our DNA, with long standing favourites like Wednesday evening’s Songs and Stories by the fireside with Matthew McGrath, Friday night with the legendary Dermot McQuaid and Danny McGreevy’s traditional session on Sundays at 5pm.
The Rostrevor Folk Club at Crawfords (‘If Carlsberg did Folk Clubs…’ Aoife Scott) has become a national institution, hosting everyone from Andy Irvine and Eleanor Shanley to John Spillane and Liam Ó Maonlaí.
And for those who travel from further away we have seven welcoming ensuite bedrooms, including two Narnian family rooms to commemorate Rostrevor’s link with Narnia.
